By far the easiest way for you to request repeat medication is online
Ordering online will help you as it shows you the right name strength and dosage to order and when it is next available. We request that patients who are able to do so request their repeat medication online.

Use the NHS App

Owned and run by the NHS, the NHS App is a simple and secure way to access a range of NHS services on your smartphone or tablet.
The simplest and quickest way to order your repeat medication is by using the NHS App which links directly to your Prescription record at the Practice.
Order Online with SystmOnline
You can order your repeat prescription online using SystmOnline
Its also quick and easy to order your repeat prescription online using SystmOnline which links directly to your Prescription record at the Practice.

Patients who are not able to request their medication online should telephone the practice on 01670 811811
We request that you give the practice 72 hours notice before you need your medication, please remember to always leave enough time for your prescription to processed both at the practice and at the pharmacy.
Collecting Your Prescription
In all cases please allow 72 hours (3 working days) before collection of your prescription.
You can collect your prescription:
- From a chemist of your choice
- From the Practice
Reviewing Your Drugs
From time to time, we will ask you to make an appointment to review your prescription. This is to ensure that the medication you have been prescribed are still appropriate for you and to ensure that any tests you need are carried out such as blood pressure and blood tests. It is important that you attend these reviews otherwise we may not be able to continue to prescribe your medication.
Repeat Dispensing
If you, or someone you care for, use the same medicines regularly, you may be able to benefit from repeat dispensing from your pharmacist. This means you won't have to visit the surgery every time you need more medicines. The service is also referred to as the Electronic Prescription Service (EPS)
